The title bar stays still

• Title-bar host readings and today's spend sit in reserved cells. The digits change; the separators and the chips beside them stay put. A reading wider than its slot still shows. Once a GPU has been reported, its cell stays even if a later poll misses it.
• Jump to latest scrolls to the real bottom. A growing transcript no longer stops the jump short, with the last row behind the composer.
• A parked chat that is waiting for an answer or an approval shows the amber dot immediately, including after a reload mid-run. It no longer waits until you open that chat.
• A browser pane that is covered shows a still at the pane's own size. A popup from the headless browser does not open a tab. A popup from a tab you are using still opens, and it loads the page it asked for.
