Release notes

A follow-up after a plan is sent

0.2.0-beta.113 · October 2, 2026

A message you send after a plan is ready shows up in the chat. If the chat is still working, the text stays in the composer and Vortex says why.

Fixed

  • Sending a follow-up after a plan no longer disappears. The chat is busy only while it is running or waiting for your answer, so a plan that is ready accepts the next message.
  • A finished run cannot block the next send. A message that cannot start stays in the composer, with the reason.
  • A queued follow-up is not left waiting on a run that has already finished.
  • A worker's start no longer replaces the chat's active run.

Vortex

You describe the work. Vortex plans, edits, verifies, and ships inside your workspace. The editor, terminal, diffs, and browser are how you watch and steer — not where you are expected to write the solution.
