Release notes
A calmer transcript
Tool rows say what happened in one line, a finished turn stops alternating “Thought” with every step, and the recap at the end of a turn tells you more and takes you to what went wrong.
New
- A finished turn shows one “Thought · N steps” row in place of a Thought row before every tool. Click it to bring all the reasoning back.
- “2 failed tools” in the recap is a link. Click it to jump to the first failed row.
- The recap shows the turn’s line counts: “Done · 10 files · +179 −26 · 6 commands · 18.8s”.
Improved
- A command row is one line while it runs and after it exits cleanly. Live output shows on that line, “exit 0” is gone, and only a failed command adds a second line with the error.
- Copying a command’s output is in the output panel, next to the output. On hover, the row shows only small Terminal and Copy-command icons.
- A finished group reads in the past tense (“Edited 3 files”, “Searched 2 times”), and each step inside it is one line. Edits show “+19 −1” like any other edit row.
- A plan you build shows as a compact “Build plan” bubble even in older chats, instead of the full prompt.
- A turn no longer repeats its file and command counts at the top when the recap at the bottom already has them.
- A search inside a folder shows the folder relative to your workspace (
src), not its full path.
Fixed
- An edit skipped because another agent was editing the same file now reads “Skipped edit · File in use by the parent agent”, not a raw error with internal run ids.
