Clear run status and session safety
Runs with unfinished verification finish as incomplete instead of looking done, and starting a new run interrupts the previous one cleanly.

- Runs with unresolved verification checks clearly show as incomplete rather than finished.
- Starting a new prompt in the same session safely cancels the active run first.
- Session restore preserves your active run state when reopening the workspace.
- Temporary network or environment glitches are no longer marked as project test failures.
