Release notes

One SSH connection per host, and a mind map you can search

0.2.0-beta.76 · September 23, 2026

Two workspaces on the same host share one SSH connection. The Agents rail keeps the last day of chats in view, and older ones wait behind Show more unless they still need you. The mind map can be searched and followed.

New

  • Search the mind map, filter nodes, zoom, and fit the graph or the causal path. Pin a node and the view follows it. A minimap sits in the corner. A large graph skips decorative motion.
  • Opening the editor or the terminal moves focus into that surface.

Fixed

  • Opening a second workspace on a host you were already connected to started another SSH process. They now share one connection. Closing one workspace leaves the other connected. The host closes when the last workspace does. Docs: SSH remote workspaces.
  • The Agents rail listed every chat. It now shows the last 24 hours, plus any older chat that is running, queued, or waiting on you. Show more reveals the rest.
Older release Reorder a workspace, and see what a run is actually doing

Vortex

You describe the work. Vortex plans, edits, verifies, and ships inside your workspace. The editor, terminal, diffs, and browser are how you watch and steer — not where you are expected to write the solution.
