A remote fleet task stays on its host
A fleet task on an SSH workspace connects that host without changing the workspace you are looking at. If the host is not connected, the run stops instead of treating the remote paths as files on this Mac.
Fixed
- A fleet task connects the SSH workspace it belongs to, without switching the one shown in the window. The Mac must be awake and the host must accept SSH. A local workspace is unchanged.
- An SSH workspace that is saved but not connected no longer runs on this Mac. The run stops and says that workspace is not connected.
- Creating, applying, and cleaning up a lane uses the workspace that owns the task. A shared remote server checks the lane against that workspace's roots. Docs: SSH remote workspaces.
