MCP stays on the machine that owns it

• Settings → Integrations can cancel a sign-in that is still in the browser. When a token refresh fails, the row says the sign-in expired and offers Reconnect.
• A local MCP process stays running between calls. When that server says its tools changed, the list updates.

Fixed

• A remote workspace whose SSH session is down does not use this Mac's MCP config. Settings and the agent say the session is disconnected, and nothing is resolved locally. Reconnect the workspace.
• A test that fails no longer leaves the row green. It says the last test failed and how many tools are still cached. An auth failure offers Reconnect. Switching workspaces does not show the other workspace's result.
• A failed list load shows the error. A reply from the workspace you just left cannot replace the list you are looking at.
• Signing in from the app and the CLI at the same time no longer overwrites each other's tokens. A refresh that fails does not erase the saved sign-in, and two calls refresh a rotating token only once.
