The transcript tells the truth
A sweep over the chat cards, so what you read matches what actually happened.
Improved
- A tool call you stop now reads as stopped — dimmed and italic — instead of borrowing the success verb. A grouped row counts stopped calls separately from successes.
- A cluster of parallel calls keeps its running headline while any call is still in flight, even if a sibling already failed, and switches to the past tense once everything settles.
batch_read_filesshows each file's own preview with the real line numbers, instead of one blob.- MCP tools no longer count as files: configuring or inspecting a server reads as a server action, not "Reading 2 files".
- A browser element ref is never shown as a row's target, so
presswith a ref reads "Pressed Enter".
Fixed
- A rejected clipboard write now says "Copy failed" instead of silently doing nothing, so you do not paste stale text.
- A cancelled file action is no longer reported as a success.
- The automation approval card follows a decision made in another window, and a retry after a successful apply no longer creates the automation twice.
- Connecting an MCP server from Integrations now clears the pending approval card in chat.
- A failed last turn shows its failure even after the run stops.
