MCP sign-in on remote hosts
When an MCP tool fails, the agent now sees what the server said, and a server on an SSH host that needs you to sign in asks for it.
Fixed
- MCP error messages. A failed MCP tool call now passes the server’s own message to the agent, instead of just “MCP tool reported an error”. The agent no longer has to guess why a call failed.
- Connect on SSH hosts. Some MCP servers list their tools without a sign-in but refuse to run them. In an SSH workspace, Vortex now shows the Connect card for those servers when you have not signed in on this Mac, then tries the call again.
