Release notes

MCP you can copy, a clearer first run, and owned Browser tabs

0.2.0-beta.51 · September 16, 2026

Integrations can copy, move, or reset MCP servers per workspace without showing stored secrets, first-run onboarding is a three-step path, and agent Browser tabs stay tied to the run that opened them.

Fixed

  • Background chat streams keep the last tokens when a session seals instead of dropping them.
  • MCP setup approvals can finish OAuth and secret prompts in the card, with live status.
  • Stored MCP env and header values stay masked in the advanced editor.
  • Agent Browser actions keep multiple tabs per run instead of overwriting the last one.

New

  • Settings → Integrations: copy a server into this workspace, reset to global, move between scopes, and inspect tools.
  • Getting started walks workspace → model → first task, then offers Integrations.
  • Model picker shows download and lifecycle states more clearly.
Newer release Cheaper cloud turns with real cache accounting Older release Clearer updates, with a real DMG fallback

Vortex

You describe the work. Vortex plans, edits, verifies, and ships inside your workspace. The editor, terminal, diffs, and browser are how you watch and steer — not where you are expected to write the solution.
