Review and the mind map follow the light theme

• Add several folders in one step, locally or on a remote host. A folder you already have is skipped. A parent that would swallow a folder already in the workspace asks once before it replaces those nested folders. Docs: SSH remote workspaces.
• The mind map is one toolbar: Fleet or Run, search, All / Active / Attention, zoom, Fit, actual size, the minimap, and Export PNG. The controls stay reachable when the panel is narrow. Pin a node and the view follows it. Show turn scrolls the transcript to what the agent said there, and it is only offered when that turn exists.

Fixed

• Review findings, checks, and notices used raw colors that turned pale on the light theme. They now use the same semantic colors as the dark theme. Severity sits on a thin rail and the icon, not a tinted card.
• The mind map painted hardcoded colors, so the light theme could not retint it. It now follows the theme.
• An edit from a background agent could highlight files in the workspace you were looking at. Highlights stay in the workspace that owns the edit.
• A steer into a new run could be counted against the previous run. Each run keeps its own count.
