Recordings beside the chat
Recordings have their own place in the working panel, next to Changes and Canvas, so you can watch what the agent recorded while you talk to it about it.
New
- A Recordings view in the working panel. It shows this chat's recordings, or all of the workspace's, with recordings in progress at the top and a Stop button.
- Open it from the Go menu, the command palette, ⌘⇧K, the recording chip in the top bar, or any recording in the chat.
- "Ask the agent about it" adds the recording to your message, and the agent watches it before it answers.
- Settings → Agents → Recording chooses whether the agent records proof of its work: off, suggest, or require.
Improved
- A recording in the chat is a compact card that opens it in the Recordings view, instead of a player in the middle of the transcript. One recording shows one card.
- The agent's marks on a video are buttons that jump to that moment.
- Terminal recordings scale to fit the panel instead of being cut off.
- Recordings no longer live behind a button in the browser's toolbar.
